Myrtle Beach Bums began as the brain child of Jim & Kelly’s Vacation Rentals in 2003. They started with their first rental unit 1015 in the Renaissance Tower.

They quickly expanded their portfolio by adding unit 503 in the B Building. As time passed, they sold off their units to focus on marketing and advertising units for their friends and family at the resort.

Our website showcases vacation rentals by owner at the Myrtle Beach Resort. These condos provide an alternative to AIRBNB / VRBO without booking fees.
