Renaissance Tower

The Tower is one of 4 condo complexes at The Myrtle Beach Resort located at 5905 South Kings Hwy. The building has over 300 condos. All condos are fully furnished and feature a full kitchen, full bath and an expansive ocean view. Each condo is individually owned and managed.
The “north” side of the Tower offers stunning sunrise views each morning. On a clear day, one can see for miles up the coast. The “south” side overlooks the Ocean Lakes Campground. When conditions warrant, one can see the newly reconstructed Surfside Pier.
Amenities of the building include a swimming pool, indoor hot / spa, and exercise room, coin operated laundry on the first floor and a deli open in season. Steps away is the famous Quarterdeck Beachside Bar and Grill. At this time the Tower is undergoing a renovation. Some of the amenities are closed until further notice. Guests continue to have access to all amenities within the 33 acre gated resort.
Five Seasons
The Five Seasons Centre, unlike the other resort buildings, is made up of an assortment of 3 story low rise condo buildings, all of which are located in a natural setting. All units are one and two bedroom condominiums that are just a short walk to the beach.
All condos come fully furnished with beautiful décor and furnishings, high-speed internet, and kitchens having everything you need for complete meal preparation. Each condo offers park and courtyard views. There are no elevators at the Five Seasons complex.
Visitors can enjoy beautiful park views and use the tennis courts, pools, a southern garden and gazebo, and the Five Seasons Centre. The Five Season’s Centre features an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, putting green, playground area, picnic and grilling areas, laundry facilities, and lots more.
A Building
The A Building, also known as Sea Breeze, has beautifully furnished one and two bedroom condos with oceanfront views, park views, and low ocean views.
Amenities provided include a water park with a 375 foot lazy river, wet deck with a bucket dump, the Grand Strand’s largest oceanfront swimming pool, a kiddie pool with mushroom fountain and a large 12 person hot tub.

Myrtle Beach Resort offers a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy.
There’s also an indoor sauna and steam room to help you unwind after a long day of activities. Outside, you can take advantage of the tennis courts, putting green, playground, oceanfront beach bar, and volleyball.
B Building
The B Building is a family favorite at the Myrtle Beach Resort. The balconies in our Ocean Spa condos are what people love about the vacation rentals.
You’ll have your choice from fabulous park and playground views, moderate ocean views, low ocean views, and direct oceanfront views. These are beautifully furnished condos with one or two bedrooms.
Amenities include an indoor atrium, heated pool and Jacuzzi, indoor sauna, steam room and a full fitness center.
